Natural Relief for Tender Nipples (and More)

Designed with healing in mind, this multipurpose balm offers gentle, effective relief for damaged nipples and sensitive skin — for both you and baby.

Kawakawa (Macropiper excelsum) has been used for generations in traditional Māori healing practices and is now recognised in scientific literature for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and analgesic (pain-relieving) properties. These active compounds help calm inflammation, support tissue repair, and protect against infection — making it an excellent natural ally for nipple trauma associated with breastfeeding.

This balm combines kawakawa-infused olive oil with natural beeswax to deliver both active healing and a breathable moisture barrier. The olive oil deeply nourishes and softens the skin, while beeswax helps protect against further irritation and moisture loss — key in healing cracked, grazed, or bleeding nipples.

Safe for use while breastfeeding, with no need to wash off before feeding.

Also suitable for:

  • Mild to moderate eczema

  • Baby’s dry, irritated skin (e.g. behind knees, cheeks, under neck rolls)

  • Nappy rash and dribble rash

  • General dry or inflamed skin conditions in both adults and infants

  • Naturally antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and barrier-forming

  • No essential oils, fragrances, or synthetic additives

  • Made locally in Palmerston North by a mum, in small, quality-controlled batches

Because sometimes the simplest ingredients are the most powerful.

A baby bag essential — and a household staple.

Happy World Human Milk Donation Day!

A day to celebrate and spread awareness about milk donation and giving people options.

I always wished I knew more about using donor milk with my first and so when I had my second pēpi, I loved being a milk don
I always knew I wanted to breastfeed. I went to antenatal classes, made sure I was armed with all the information. I even went to a breastfeeding seminar. But so much of the time when you are pregnant is focused on the birth that you don’t real
Milk Café is on tomorrow!
You don't have to be in need of any help, you can still pop in for some company and kai!

I'll have toys for those older babes and some yummy treats 🍬☕️🍰
