Come and join us at Milk Cafe! A free, drop-in support group upstairs at Te Papaioea Birthing Centre Palmerston North every Wednesday from 10am-12noon. Chat with other local māmā and relax with drink and kai provided

Open to any sort of milk feeding with a lactation consultant present if you need any breastfeeding support thanks to the Wright Family Foundation.
